"The working individual is not able to achieve financial stability. Holding down a job and receiving services are often in conflict."

Working individuals face: poor sleeping conditions, lack of storage, and disqualification after gaining a small income. Service hours, appointments, and meal times conflict with work hours. Due to low wages, people need both services and jobs to get by, but they work against each other instead of working together.
